Chili Lime Watermelon Cucumber Salad
If you’re searching for a sweet, spicy, crunchy summer treat, you must make chili lime watermelon cucumber salad. Perfect for breakfast, BBQs, and more.
- 6 cups watermelon
- 4 Persian cucumbers (You can also use a regular-sized English cucumber)
- 1 jalapeño
- 1 lime
- 2 Tbsp cilantro
- 1/2 Tbsp Tajin
Cut watermelon into 1 inch cubes and arrange on large plate or bowl with thinly sliced cucumber, jalapeño, and half-moon shaped lime slices.
Sprinkle with Tajin and chopped cilantro.

I've received this question a couple of times about how you're supposed to eat the limes. You're supposed to squeeze them on top of the salad as you eat it and discard the rinds. Apologies for any confusion there!
