Cashew Caesar Dressing
Looking for a delicious vegan caesar dressing? Try our oil-free cashew caesar dressing made with simple ingredients.
In a medium-sized bowl, soak the raw cashews for an hour.
Drain cashews and add to blender with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth and creamy.

The dressing will probably thicken in the refrigerator. Feel free to add a little bit of water or lemon juice to thin it out to your desired consistency.
