  • measuring spoon

  • 8 Tbsp vegan butter at room temperature (I used 1 stick of Earth Balance Buttery Sticks)
  • 4 Tbsp white miso at room temperature

  • Add vegan butter and white miso to a bowl and use a spoon to mix until incorporated. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for upto several months.
  • Optional step - Roll the miso butter with a sheet of plastic wrap and twist the ends like a tootsie roll. Freeze for 1 hour and cut into slices or simply transfer the log back to the refrigerator and cut the pieces as you need them.
