Quick Coconut Bacon

I know there are a million recipes out there for quick coconut bacon but mine is a little different because it contains whiskey.

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until evenly incorporated.
  • Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and evenly spread the mixture across the pan. Bake for 10 minutes – be careful not to burn. The mixture might still be a little wet when you pull it out, but will dry out if you leave it out for a few hours.
